Application Fee: Rs. 2000/= (INR) has to be paid as Demand Draft (DD) in favor of "The Director, U.P Institute of Design, Lucknow" payable at Lucknow. Scanned copy of the DD has to be uploaded with the online application. Candidates are required to bring original DD along with the printed copy of the Application Form with all the annexures at the time of Interview.

Important Instructions:-
1.Interested and eligible candidates are requested to fill the prescribed Online Application Form available on the Institute Website
http://www.upid.ac.in.
2.Only those applications, against which payment of required application fee has been made, shall be considered valid. Incomplete applications or those applications, against which payment of required application fee is not made, shall be summarily rejected and no communication in this regard shall be entertained.
3.The schedule of Interview shall be notified on the UPIDR Website
http://www.upid.ac.in., the candidates are required to keep on visiting the website
http://www.upid.ac.in. regularly and report for Interview in the UPIDR campus accordingly. No separate intimation, written or verbal, will be sent to the applicants.
4. The applicants, on the scheduled date(s) of Interview must bring the three set of printed hard copy of the filled Online Application Form along with their original certificates and testimonials.
5. Candidates are also required to bring Self attested Photo copies of relevant degree & experience certificate, passport size photograph along with proof of identification at the time of Interview, failing which they shall not be allowed to appear in Interview
6. Applicants must fully satisfy themselves about their eligibility as prescribed in the referred advertisement, before appearing in the Interview. If an applicant is inadvertently allowed to appear in the Interview who otherwise does not fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements. He/she cannot, at a later date, use that as right to claim that he/she meets the eligibility requirements. If at any stage it is found that documents are not correct the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled irrespective of stage of process.
7. Any corrigendum/changes/ updates shall be made available only on the Institute website:
http://www.upid.ac.in. The candidates are advised to keep visiting the Institute's website regularly for updates, if any. No separate/individual communication shall be sent.
8. The results of the interview shall be notified through Institute website after approval of the competent/appointing authority. No correspondence shall be entertained during the process of the selection.
9. The Institute has right not to fill the vacancy/vacancies and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
10. The Institute reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post(s) at any time without giving any reason. The number of vacancies may change.
11. The Interview, if required, may continue on the following day of the scheduled date. Candidates should come prepared for the same. In such a scenario, candidates shall be required to make their own arrangement for stay. No T.A. /D.A. shall be paid for attending the Interview.
12. The candidates claiming reservation must attach a self-attested copy of valid certificate along with application form and must produce same in original at the time of interview.
